Rangers have made Danilo and five other players available in the January transfer window.
The Brazilian striker has openly been made available along with Nedim Bajrami, Kieran Dowell, Clinton Nsiala and Rabbi Matondo.
Summer signing Lyall Cameron can also go on loan.
Clubs have been alerted to their availability.
Danilo has struggled to make an impact since he moved from Feyenoord back in 2023.
He has fallen behind Bojan Miovski and Youssef Chermiti.
He has scored just three goals for the Light Blues this season.
They are now set to try and cut their losses and recoup some of their money.
Albanian international Bajrami has also fallen out of the picture in recent weeks and there was talk of him leaving in January under previous manager Russell Martin.
Midfielder Dowell was at Birmingham City on-loan last season and has hardly featured since he returned.
Nsiala and Matondo have also been surplus to requirements for some time.
Rangers signed Cameron in the summer from Dundee.
They have still to agree a fee and that looks set to be set by a tribunal.
He has hardly got a chance under Rohl and the club feel he would benefit from a loan.
The Ibrox side is also expected to move Joe Rothwell back to the English Championship, where Sheffield United are in pole position, but Derby County are also interested.
They are also trying to make money available for Danny Rohl to make his own mark on his squad, now he is in his first window.
Rangers have a lot of money and wages tied up in those six players and it would free up a significant chunk for Rohl.
He is expected to go back in for Josh Windass after having a loan offer knocked back by Wrexham.
Left-back James Penrice, who is at AEK Athens, is also one on their list.
